2. Purpose

Remios is a Point of Sale (POS) software for restaurants and food service establishments, including:

  • Order and floor plan management
  • Menu and stock management
  • Payment processing via connected terminals (Stripe)
  • Artificial intelligence for voice order taking
  • Customer loyalty management
  • Reports and statistics
  • Optional Remios HACCP module (hygiene, traceability, and support for control workflows)

Remios does not supply any hardware (payment terminals, printers, tablets, network equipment, probes, label printers, etc.). The user must obtain compatible hardware at their own expense and is solely responsible for costs, installation, and maintenance.

For printing till receipts and POS documents, the Remios POS software is compatible only with the Epson TM-m30 III thermal printer using Wi-Fi. No other printer or model is supported at this time.

The HACCP module is software to support food safety management. It is not integrated with label printers or with probes or other connected measuring devices; corresponding entries and logs are made by the user according to the features available in the service. It facilitates the organization, follow-up, and documentation of controls, but it does not certify that a control was actually carried out and does not replace the operator's vigilance, regulatory obligations, or the keeping of truthful and accurate records.

3. Acceptance of TOS

Use of the Remios service implies full and complete acceptance of these TOS. In case of disagreement with all or part of these conditions, the user must not use the service.

4. Access Conditions

Transaction fees Payments via Stripe are subject to fees of 1.4% + €0.10 per transaction, in accordance with Stripe's terms.

  • Use HACCP regularization and backdating features only to faithfully record an operation that was actually performed; the user must not create, modify, regularize, backdate, or validate inaccurate, fictitious, false, misleading, or deceptive records, and remains responsible for maintaining truthful, accurate records that reflect operations as actually carried out.

  • Data loss due to user error or circumstances beyond their control
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance operations
  • Errors or omissions in data entered by the user
  • Consequences of non-compliant use of the service
  • Consequences, sanctions, losses, administrative inspections, claims, food poisoning events, sanitary non-compliances, or disputes resulting from any HACCP record that is entered, modified, regularized, or backdated after the fact in an inaccurate, fictitious, false, misleading, deceptive, or incomplete manner, including where a user wrongly states that a control was performed or that corrective action was taken when this was not actually the case

Remios reminders, alerts, badges, statuses, histories, and regularization mechanisms are only tools to assist with organization. They do not guarantee that controls were actually performed or that entered data is truthful. The user remains solely responsible for the actual performance of controls, for the food safety of their activity, and for the truthfulness of records entered into Remios. If the user ignores an alert, fails to perform a control, or later enters, regularizes, or backdates a false, fictitious, misleading, or inaccurate record, the user alone bears the consequences. Nothing in these TOS excludes the publisher's liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
